I’ll confirm that I’m still available for your date, and if it all sounds good on your side, I’ll send over the contract + invoice for the booking retainer of $1500. After the contract is signed and the retainer paid, your booking will be locked in, and I’ll pass on any enquiries for your date.

While emails and messages are great, nothing beats meeting up in person to get properly acquainted. So after we have your booking locked in, let’s meet up for a drink or even a meal to get to know each other better and go through the details of your wedding day. You can also pick my brains about any wedding planning tips and advice you might need.

5 months before your wedding date, I’ll get in touch to start planning your engagement session. This is the perfect opportunity for you guys to get an idea of what it’ll be like having me around capturing your wedding day. We’ll also quickly check in on how your wedding planning is going thus far.

2 months before your wedding date, I’ll get in touch again to check in on your planning process. We’ll be aiming to have most of the logistics finalised (at least to around 90% certainty) at this point, especially the timeline for the day.

5 weeks before your wedding date, my system will automatically send out the balance invoice, which is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

2 weeks before your wedding date, we’ll arrange a catchup to go through the final wedding details to ensure that everything’s ready for the big day.

It’s finally here! Time to let loose and enjoy yourselves. 🥳

6-8 weeks after your wedding date, your patience will finally be rewarded. Hurray for all the visual reminders of your glorious day.

10 weeks after your wedding date, I’ll be in touch again so we can get started on your wedding album, assuming that you’re getting one, which you really should. 😬😏
